The 3-course meal will be completely bespoke to your group and your chef with years of experience will curate a menu to fit your group's tastes & dietary requirements. Our chefs can offer recommendations on dishes, but these are not fixed. Please see below the choices your group can select from a menu: ● Starter: Choice of 1 plus 1 Veggie/Vegan Option. ● Main Course: Choice of 1 plus 1 Veggie/Vegan Option ● Dessert: Choice of 1 This price includes: private chef hire, ingredients, travel to your holiday home, set up, washing up, and tidy up afterward.

What does the concierge service offer?Our team come from an event planning and concierge background. When you sign up to My Event Concierge you receive a personal concierge for your holiday home. To kick things off your personal concierge will work with you to understand a little more on the type of guests you have stay with you and will produce a range of extra service packages unique to your holiday home. You can then send this out to your upcoming guests to let them know of the news! When your guests ask about local things to do, private catering or activities, feel free to CC in your personal concierge and let us do the hard work!

How much does it cost?Tier 1: Experiences that come to the holiday home - Free! Tier 2: Experiences that are local to the holiday home - £50 per month Private Chefs, Mixologists and activities that take place at the holiday home, we don't charge for, as we have an agreed commission with our suppliers. Recommendations of places to eat, drink or activities that take place in the local area (eg. recommending a local place to eat or local clay pigeon shooting) we charge £50per month to cover our time. We will provide 3 top recommendations to your group.

Can I use my existing recommended suppliers?Yes! Your personal concierge will work with you to build the perfect recommendations, whether that being your existing recommended suppliers or local activities! If they have no availbility left, then we can book a recommended supplier on our books for them!

Is there a minimum number of guests?We don't have a minimum number of guests, however there is a minimum charge amount for each activity / catering booking. The more guests you have, the better value the booking is.

Can I book just 1 experience?You certainly can do! However it is better value to book more than one experience, however just get in touch to let us know what you're interested in and we can help bring that to life.

How does payment work?We take a deposit once your booking has been agreed. Final payment is then taken 4 weeks before the event. If your event is in the next 4 weeks, we take full payment upfront.
